To strengthen our communities by promoting education, culture, social engagement, and a sustainable environment.
PROGRAM AREAS
The Brooks and Suzanne Ragen Family Foundation supports five fundamental program areas:
ENVIRONMENT
Environmental grants may support land conservation, environmental leadership development, and other activities.
CULTURAL ACTIVITIES
Cultural and arts grants are focused on visual and performing arts and may support artist-in-residence, organization stabilization, sponsorship of specific programs, leadership development, and other activities.
HEALTH
Health grants may support expansion of care services, research programs, leadership development, and other healthcare-related activities.
EDUCATION
Educational grants may support scholarship and financial aid programs, scholar-in-residence, new programs or curriculum development, leadership development, and other activities.
SOCIAL SERVICES
Social and human services grants may support program expansion (geographic or programmatic), leadership development, and also include activities designed to broaden human rights, diversity, and other activities.
